GENERAL CONDITIONS
*Minimum stay 7 (seven nights). 2 weeks preferred.
Price per day: US$300 Monthly discount.
The US$ rate will be fixed as of the booking date & receipt of the 50%
deposit. The US$ rate is subject to adjustment above €1.25 to the US$.
Cleaning fee of US$125.00 is extra. A refundable security deposit for
US$1,000 is requested.
All local and international
phone calls and heating charges from November 1 to March 31 are billed
separately.

Other charges:
Extra maid cleaning service is available. Heating and telecommunications
costs are additional and will be charged back to the tenant and due ten
(10) days after billing for all calls incurred within the rental period.
The telephone bills statements from France Telecom are usually mailed to
subscriber once every two months and there will be a delay in final
reconciliation.
In the winter time, heating cost will be charged back to tenants with
proof of EDF/GDF (Electricité et Gaz de France) billing statements.
Property Damage:
In case of damage, loss or breakage of objects, the cost for replacement
or repair will be billed to the tenant.
Payment Method:
1. Upon confirmation of reservation, 50% of the total rental amount
including a cleaning fee (US$125) and a security deposit (US$1,000) is
due. (Reservation downpayment)
2. Ninety (90) days prior to arrival date the balance of rental
amount is due. (Confirmation payment)
3. Reservation for a date less than ninety (90) days ahead requires
full payment upon the confirmation of the reservation.

Cancellation: in writing by fax or email.
50% non-refundable if less than 90 days prior to arrival date.
Property Damage Security Deposit: US$1, 000 as a Security deposit,
refundable after deductions, if any, for telecommunications and winter
utilities costs incurred during stay.
Arrival & Departure:
Key pickup and key drop off must be arranged between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00
p.m.
Limitation of Liability:
Should a problem occur in the flat, please report it immediately, by fax
or phone to Liliane Travert-Borsuk [Fax:(415) 922-1485, phone:(415)
922-8888.] Any tenant complaint must be in writing. California law shall
govern any dispute between the parties and the action brought in the
City and County of San Francisco.
Back-up Numbers:
A list of emergency numbers in Paris and the front gate access code will
be mailed upon receipt of confirmation payment.
