Extra maid cleaning service is available.
Heating and telecommunications costs are additional and will be charged back to the tenant and due ten (10) days after billing for all calls incurred within the rental period.
In the winter time, heating cost will be charged back to tenants with proof of EDF/GDF (Electricité et Gaz de France) billing statements.
The telephone bills statements from France Telecom are usually mailed to subscriber once every two months and there will be a delay in final reconciliation.
1. Upon confirmation of reservation, 50% of the total rental amount including a cleaning fee (US$125) and a security deposit (US$1,000) is due. (Reservation downpayment)
2. Ninety (90) days prior to arrival date the balance of rental amount is due. (Confirmation payment)
3. Reservation for a date less than ninety (90) days ahead requires full payment upon the confirmation of the reservation.

Property Damage Security Deposit:
US$1,000 as a Security deposit, refundable after deductions, if any, for telecommunications and winter utilities costs incurred during stay.
In case of damage, loss or breakage of objects, the cost for replacement or repair will be billed to the tenant.
Arrival & Departure:
Key pickup and key drop off must be arranged between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00p.m.

Any tenant complaint must be in writing. California law shall govern any dispute between the parties and the action brought in the City and County of San Francisco.
A list of emergency numbers in Paris and the front gate access code will be mailed upon receipt of confirmation payment.
